About Dr. Tim
At BioKinetic PT, I wear the hats of physical therapist, exercise scientist, and athlete coach, dedicated to helping my patients improve their lives through movement. That’s why I adopted the name- Broken down into parts it simply means life through movement. The name blends well with my slogan, which happens to be the Olympic Motto: “Citius, Altius, Fortius”. My goal is to help my patients achieve their goals faster, higher, and, stronger than before. The Olympics has played a large role in my life, having ran Track and Field for Western Washington University. Although I never made it to the Olympics, I competed in the decathlon, pole vault, long & triple jump, gaining 3 concurrent school records and 2 GNAC individual championships along the way.
My wide variety of movements, sports, and background knowledge position me to be your musculoskeletal movement expert. My mission is to provide personalized care that meets your unique needs and goals and tailor our treatment so you can ultimately guide yourself and won’t need my input anymore. Whether you're drawn to the convenience of telehealth or crave the hands-on experience of in-person sessions, I'm here to meet you where you are. Providing both telehealth and mobile physical therapy where you need it most.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife, Savannah, hiking, gravel biking (Canyon), running, lifting, and getting outdoors any chance we can. I stay involved with the WWU track team, help a number of my friends and family members with their daily ailments, and provide project management support for my friends over at https://saturdaymorning.fit/ who have built the most scientifically sound Pro Fuel & Hydration app that I use for my endurance training.
I’d love to connect with you and see how I can help you in your journey to recovery!
